Gold Coast High-End Residential
This project is a great example of the scale and precision we bring to every job. For this luxury waterfront build, we designed and installed a complex 11-unit Bulkhead VRF system.
The goal was to provide total climate control across multiple levels without compromising the home’s sleek, architectural aesthetic. By using discreet bulkhead units, we were able to hide the tech while ensuring every room—from the open-plan living areas to the master suites—stays perfectly comfortable year-round.
